Hi Luke. The ideal range is from 4 to 6 inches (10 to 15 cm) towards the Dino's sensors. Moreover, your motion must not be above or below Dino's sensors by 4 inches (10 cm). If your Zoomer is fully charged and it does not respond to your motions within the ideal range above, please consider changing the censor using this guide. Hi Ammar. You can charge your Zoomer Dinosaur using any standard USB cable. Please to make sure that you have the right connector to your Zoomer Dinosaur.
