The headphone jack has most likely pulled a pin connecting the jack to the pcb or a pin broke off. You can fix this by opening it up, locate the jack and reflow the solder by heating it with a soldering iron if the all the pins are still coming through the pcb or completely replacing the jack if a pin as loose and comes all he way through the pcb. A replacement jack can be found at a local electronics store or on Amazon and eBay.
