Try opening device manager by pressing the Windows + X keys and selecting Device Manager. Find the camera under “Cameras” which should be one of the first categories on the list. Uninstall it by pressing right click on it and pressing Remove Device. Then try plugging it back in
Have you tried using a different charger? The difference in light may be just the difference in the v1 and the v2 controller. This is really strange and it looks like the controllers are being fried since I doubt that every single one is faulty. Try plugging one into a PC and testing it out and is the controller usable while charging?
Try following this setup. https://support.steelseries.com/hc/en-us/articles/360019183352-Setup-PS4-Arctis-Pro-Wireless If it doesn’t work you should contact the support team directly. You could also try to connect it to another device and if it doesn’t work there is a high chance that it’s a hardware issue.
Did you install the Razer Synapse software? Also you can try unpluging it, then holding Esc + Caps + Spacebar and plugging it back in. After that you can release the keys, that worked for my Razer Huntsman a few days ago. If that doesn’t help just try other USB ports. I hope I helped and make sure to let me know if it worked!
