I dont know enough to properly diagnose the problem, but from my experience that sounds like a power supply issue
Читать далееalthough i do not have much experience with this type of laptop, my answer would be no because you would most likely have to take apart the laptop and transfer parts on to the new display housing. unless you have a vast experience with laptop disassembly and repair, i would not recommend attempting it.

Читать далееthe back usually doesn't come off on monitors. the typical teardown is done by removing the screws (which you've done) and then carefully prying the bezel cover away from the display from the front of the monitor.
