Hello! I'm Jacob Rose Parks.

Currently, I am attending the University of North Texas with a Major in Cybersecurity. I hope to secure an internship and work my way up to a Senior Cybersecurity employee.

I am an easily adaptable and considerate worker. Furthermore, I have personally built two computers and I have upgraded and repaired multiple Windows and Linux laptops. IFixit projects relate to me because technical communication is essential in my upcoming job field, and I want to learn as much as I can.

In my spare time, I love to listen to jazz music, play games with my girlfriend, as well as practice piano and trombone.

So far, I have earned the John Philip Sousa award for excellent musicianship, as well as UNT’s Deans List for Fall 2023. As for groups I am involved in, I am part of the EESP scholarship program, and I’m currently playing Trombone in UNT’s 7 O’clock Jazz Lab Band.
