My name is Lucas Jerina and I'm excited to be using ifixit for the first time as a student. Although I don't have any interesting nicknames of my own to share with you, I actually prefer to not go by the name, Luke; It's personal. Aside from that, you are more than welcome to call me by anything you would like.

I'm a student at the University of North Texas with a major in Cyber Security. I've always been very fond of technology and how specific systems and parts work together to create one final product. With this in mind, I always kind of knew that I wanted to go into a field oriented around technology.

Before coming to university, I gathered some light experience in coding, doing various projects in languages such as HTML, JavaScript, Java, and of course, Python.

My favorite pass time would have to be playing video games, and I'll probably be the first to admit it, but I can be a bit of a no life when it comes to certain games. As of writing this, my two favorite games would have to be Black Myth Wukong and Elden Ring; I promise I go outside.

Out side of that, I enjoy watching football and basketball, hanging out with my friends, working out, and working part time at Under Armour.
