Can the PRAM battery be replaced on the motherboard of a G4 iMac?

There is a new type of cat litter made from the same type of desicant used in electronic packaging, those little packages of clear balls that say don't eat me. The cat litter is easy to identify. It comes in a clear plastic box with green and white balls. This stuff absorbs moisture 10 times better than rice and its dust free. no it was an Ibook my key board was mest up and my proof reading sucks. Deleted pram trashed ical prefs. Brotherinlaw is all happy and stuff. Thanks guys Jimmyhhome

After much reasearch several articles fron apple say G4 books don't (do not) use pram batteries. They use a large capasitor to store power for pram. I just yhought you guys would like to know. Jimmyhhome
