Hazy Screen Quality
Distorted graphics which results in not being able to use PC properly.
Your device needs to rest once in a while. Try restarting your device to see if the screen quality improves.
If there's dust on your screen, it can cause the screen to appear hazy. Try using a gentle cleaning solution and a microfiber cloth to clean your screen.
Try updating your antivirus software more often. There may be a virus in your device that is causing your screen to appear hazy.
Motherboard Needs To Be Replaced
If the previous steps did not work, you may need to replace your device's motherboard. Follow this guide for steps on how to replace the motherboard.
Device Too Slow
Device is taking longer than usual to load and process items.
Your device needs to rest once in a while. Try restarting your device to see if the speed of the device is back to normal.
Memory Consuming Files
If you have many software and programs on your device that you don't use, uninstall unused ones. Your computer will significantly slow down if it's hard disk does not have enough space.
Try updating your antivirus software more often. There may be a virus in your device that is causing your PC to work slower.
Hard Drive is Faulty
If the previous steps did not work, it is possible that your hard drive is faulty. You will need to replace your hard drive. Follow this guide for steps on how to replace your hard drive.
Distorted Audio Output Over Headphones
You are unable to get any audio output through your headphones.
Loose Headphone Jack
Test the audio through the computer speakers; then test it using headphones. If the audio is only distorted while listening via headphones, the plug or the headphones themselves may be faulty. Make sure the headphone jack is fully inserted in the computer.
Headphones Are Faulty
The problem may not be your device, try using a different headphone. If it still doesn't work, there may be a problem with your headphone plug.
Headphone Plug Needs Cleaning
The reason that your audio is not working may be because your headphone plug needs to be cleaned. Try cleaning the headphone plug with a cotton swab and some rubbing alcohol. See if the audio works; if not it may need to be replaced. Follow this guide for steps on how to replace the headphone plug.
Keys Aren't Working Correctly and Some Are Falling Off
Keys on keyboard are unresponsive or broken resulting in not being able to use device properly.
Your device needs to rest once in a while. Try restarting your device to see if the keyboard is back to normal.
Keys Need to Be Cleaned
When keys can't be pressed, there may be something below the physical key holding it up. Remove the keycap from the keyboard by placing your finger nail or knife under the corner of the key and gently pry the keycap up and away from the laptop. Wipe off the area. Once it is sufficiently clean, snap the key back into position. If the keys are still not working, your keys may be faulty.
