There is no sound or not at right level

If your speaker will not produce sound, you can check to make sure the volume settings on the tablet are correct. If that fails to solve the issue, than replace the speaker using this guide:

If sound isn't at an appropriate level, locate volume buttons on upper right hand side. Push the upper portion of the button to increase and lower portion to decrease.

The device will not power on

Your tablet will not turn on because your battery is dead. Charge the battery of your tablet by using a micro USB cable. Plug one end of the cable to the appropriate port located at the top of your tablet and plug in the other end to a computer or outlet converter that is plugged into a working outlet in the wall.

Operating system will not work

If system crashed, then a hard reset may be required. Push both volume buttons and power button, all located on the upper right hand side, hold for 10 seconds.
