Resetting pass code or pattern
Accessing your locked phone without the lock code or pattern (hence forth called ‘lock sequence’) can be time consuming, but is simple enough. Input your lock sequence five times. This will allow a bypass option to appear. Select ‘forgot pattern’ or ‘forgot password’ at the bottom of the screen. Enter your google account information associated with the phone. Go through the on screen steps to reset your lock sequence.
Performing a factory reset
Resetting your phone to factory default will delete all data on the phone. Once completed, the process cannot be undone. Power off the phone by holding the power button and selecting “power off” when the option appears. Press and hold the ‘volume down’ button then press and hold the power button at the same time. Hold these two buttons for about 30 seconds or until the android symbol appears. Use the volume buttons to navigate to “factory reset”. Use the power button to select the highlighted option. Resetting the phone will take several minutes. Once it’s finished, you will have to set it up as if you just got it out the box for the first time.
Music won’t play/speakers won’t work
Videos or music will say they are playing, but no sound is coming from the speakers or headphones.

Pictures come out fuzzy and not clear

Check for dirt or moisture that might be on or around the camera lens that could be obstructing the view. If there is, remove it with a cloth or paper towel, you can lightly wet the towel if necessary.
Low photo resolution
Make sure the photo resolution setting isn’t turned down. You can view and change this setting by going to the camera application, then settings, and finally resolution.
Adjusting the focus
If it seems the camera is simply not focusing on an object or person you want to take a picture of you can fix this in the focus settings of the camera application. First, go into the camera application, then Focus Mode. Then, check the Auto Focus mode, if the macro mode was previously on before switched to auto. This should fix the issue.
Changing the photo application
Sometimes the HTC Desire 626s camera application just produces blurry pictures and we can’t explain why. However, a solution to this problem is to go to the PlayStore and download another camera app. This should link to your camera and hopefully give you a clearer picture.
