Keyboard is Powered Off
Check along the left edge of your keyboard right next to the Caps Lock key for the power switch and make sure the switch is on either "BT" or "Cable," depending on whether you want Bluetooth or a wired connection. The device should then be on.
Incorrect Pairing Setting
Check along the left edge of your keyboard; right next to the Tab key, there is a switch that determines the bluetooth connection used for your device "Win/Android" and "Mac/iOS." Make sure you have the correct option for your respective computer/device.
Keyboard Not Charged
Go ahead and plug in your keyboard using a USB-C cable on the left side of the keyboard. A red light should appear right next to the charging port, indicating that it is being charged. Wait a couple of minutes to see if it turns on.
Charging Port Condition
Inspect the USB-C port on the left side of the keyboard. See if there is any debris, dust, dirt, or anything that could prevent the keyboard from charging. If so, try blowing into the port to remove fine dirt or dust particles, or if you have a fine brush, try getting as much of the debris out as you can.
Faulty Battery
After completing a certain number of charging cycles, the battery powering the keyboard may become less effective. This can result in the battery losing power quickly or the keyboard no longer functioning wirelessly. In order to resolve this issue, refer to this disassembly guide (not yet started) to access the battery and replace it.
Faulty Charger
Make sure the USB-C charger you are using is working properly. Try using it to charge other devices that are compatible with USB-C to see if they charge. You'll know if the keyboard is charging if a red light comes from the side. The charger port is below the escape key, the red light will appear in between the charger port and the "Win/Android" and "Mac/iOS" switch.
