Printer is jammed
The device may be experiencing a paper jam as a result of something being caught in the feeder.
Paper tray must be remove and power disconnect
(This can be indicated by the paper and/or cartridge lights blinking quickly.)
If the paper light is blinking quickly, you may need to remove the paper tray, disconnect the power, remove the power supply, and reinstall. For information on how to fix this problem, please refer to this page: Kodak Easyshare Printer Dock (Series 3) Paper Jam Solution
Note: If the Color cartridge light is blinking quickly, you may need to check the color cartridge.
Caution: The color cartridge may lock in place if there is a paper error. Do not attempt to remove the cartridge without first clearing the paper error. Make sure the paper light is off before attempting to remove the cartridge.
Cannot print from computer
If the computer cannot print, it may be a result of not having software drivers installed on your computer.
Common problems with Kodak drivers include:
● Driver is missing or corrupt
● Driver is out-of-date
● Previous attempt to update driver failed
● The current driver is the incorrect driver for the device
● The device is damaged and needs to be replaced or repaired (drivers cannot fix hardware issues)
Install the latest drivers
Typically, to fix these problems, it is recommended to install the most current and accurate drivers from Kodak’s official website. The original driver for any given hardware device often has been updated many times by the manufacturer to fix bugs and improve efficiency. Many users experience problems with older Windows devices for this reason.
Paper does not feed
This is indicated by the paper light, which may glow steady amber. This problem usually occurs as a result of poor paper placement or the paper tray itself not being installed properly. It may also be a result of improper cleaning of the paper feeder roll.
Caution: Use only Kodak color cartridge & paper kits for your printer dock. Do not use inkjet paper.
Printing stops during mid-print
This can be indicated if the paper stops feeding, or from the paper light blinking. As with the paper not feeding problem, this usually occurs as a result of poor paper placement or the paper tray itself not being installed properly. It may also be a result of improper cleaning of the paper feeder roll.

I have a new Kodak PD460 and the print quality is horrible. The print looks washed out even though the actual picture is crisp. What’s wrong?
