The Lenovo Z70-80 was released in September 2015 by Lenovo Group Ltd. The model number for it is 80FG00DCUS.
Laptop Won't Turn ON
"When the power button is pressed nothing happens."
Power Adapter is Faulty
Make certain that the power adapter is plugged into an outlet and that the charge light is on. If the light is not on, and the adapter is plugged in, then the adapter is defective. Consider purchasing a replacement adapter.
Faulty Battery
Battery failure can be a scary issue, since it may cause your laptop to abruptly shut down or even prevent it from starting when not plugged in. If the time has come and your battery is dead, the only thing to do is to replace it. You will have to remove it and inspect it for a model number. Purchase your new battery with the laptop's manufacturer or a third-party. The third-party's option may be cheaper, however, buying from the laptop's manufacturer may provide the highest quality.
Frozen or Unresponsive Screen
" Your screen is not responding."
Unfreezing the screen
You will have to reboot your frozen computer. To do that press and hold down the power button until the computer turns off. Once the computer is off, wait a few seconds, then turn the computer back on and let it start as normal. As it is starting back up, you may see a screen asking you if you want to start the computer in Safe Mode or Start Windows Normally. Choose Start Windows Normally and Windows should start up correctly without errors .
Weak Wireless Connection
"You are losing your wireless connection frequently".
Overwhelmed WiFi
Even if you have a fast connection, too many electronics can overwhelm your WiFi. Using two routers can be very beneficial. If you are not using all the electronic devices, disconnect them from the WiFi and your connection should increase.
Failing WiFi Card/Chip
A WiFi card is a computer hardware component that allows users to connect to wireless connections. It may come as a PCMCIA(Personal Computer Memory Card International Association) card or an internal expansion card that is installed into a slot in your motherboard. If you have a failing WiFi card, a number of symptoms will tell you that you need to troubleshoot the problem to get the device back into working condition.
No Sound
" Your sound keeps going on and off or doesn't go on at all."
