Device Will Not Power On
When pressing the power button, the device will not turn on.
Charger Broken
Plug the charger that comes with the unit into a 110-210 W outlet. The light on the front of the brick should be green, if not the charger is faulty. If the battery on your unit is dead, and the light on the charger stays green when you plug the device in the charger is faulty. You will have to buy a replacement charger.
Charging Port Broken
Examine the charging port on your unit. Check for any damage or bent pins in the charging port. If it looks damaged replacement is recommended. If the pins are bent, try to bend the pins back in place. If this does not work, replace the port using this guide.
Faulty Battery
To test for a faulty battery, charge the hoverboard for the recommended time, try to power the unit on. If the unit power's, but the battery level light is yellow, then the battery is faulty. Follow this guide for battery replacement.
Bad Wiring
To fix this, take the unit apart and check all connections for any that may be loose. Follow this guide for doing so.
Delayed Wheel Response
When making an input into the wheel, the response is jittery or takes a second to register the input
Calibration
Your unit might need to be recalibrated. In order to recalibrate it you should refer to the user manual to do so.
Battery is Faulty
Delayed wheel response might be caused by a faulty battery, if the unit's battery is not fully charged after charging then that can cause delayed wheel response. The battery will have to be replaced. Follow this guide for battery replacement.
Wheel Hub is Faulty
If you have replaced the battery and calibrated your Hovertrax 2.0, and the issue sill persists, You should consider replacing the wheel hub. Refer to this guide to replace the wheel hub.
The Unit is Unbalanced or Moves Weird
Calibration
Your unit might need to be recalibrated. In order to recalibrate it you should refer to the user manual to do so.
Sensors/Gyroscopes Faulty
If you have calibrated the unit but the issue still persists, one of the sensors in the unit might be faulty.
Lights Not Working
While the device is on, the lights on the front of the device do not turn on.

Device Shuts Off Randomly
While using the device, it will turn off after some time of use.
Safety Mode
This hoverboard has an auto-shutoff mode known as safety mode to conserve battery life. If this happens turn the unit back on, and if it shuts off again this is not the issue.
Low Battery
The device might be shutting of due to low battery. In order to fix this make sure that the battery is fully charged. If after charging the battery is still not charged, it might be a battery, charging port, or charger issue. Refer to Device Not Charging section of this guide to remedy this issue.
