1E — Freezer Room Sensor Error

Why It Happens?

The refrigerator has identified a problem with the sensor located in the back of the freezer compartment. The error is commonly caused by a separation between the sensor and the housing, a connection issue, a disconnected part, or a short circuit. The error may also trigger if the sensor detects a temperature higher than 149ºF (+65ºC) or less than -58ºF(-50ºC).

How to Fix

The Freezer Room Sensor is located in the Freezer compartment in the back upper right.

2E — Fridge Room Sensor Error

Why It Happens?

The refrigerator has identified a problem with the sensor in the fridge compartment of the unit. The error is commonly caused by a separation between the sensor and the housing, a connection issue, a disconnected part, or a short circuit.

The error may also trigger if the sensor detects a temperature higher than 149ºF (+65ºC) or less than -58ºF(-50ºC).

How to Fix

The Fridge Room Sensor is located inside the refrigerator compartment behind the "Twin Cool" housing.
