I gave dv9900 with windows vista, it gets really hot and the sound driver doesn't load, it worked a couple times when I restarted the system to factory settings, now I tried it again and it just doesn't load the sound

julio, "it gets really hot" is way more of an issue than the sound driver. I suggest you open up your laptop, clean the air vents, clean and check the fan and replace the thermal paste on your CPU. After that re-evaluate your computer for any real damage.
