Anyone tried replace lumia Icon's screen?

This being a brand new phone, the parts may not even be available yet. You're looking at replacing the glass, digitizer and LCD as one unit, as they are most likely all fused together. If you have insurance, your deductible on a new Icon may be the cheaper route.

Brad, the Display assembly is most certainly available at plenty of places, from ebay.com to amazon. com and many many others. Price for a complete assembly starts around $160. You will have to replace the complete assembly. Take a look on here, should be pretty close to yours.

I have and bought the wrong display assembly because I went by model not reference number.
Here is what I have gleaned from other posts.
Check the orginal glass frame, there should be a reference number: (example )CT2S1973FPC-A1-E. Make sure you buy the replacement piece not by the telephone model, but also exact reference number. The reference number is visible in the back connection between the glass frame and the panel connector.
Different screens have different voltages:
Nokia produced 3 different types of displays(2V/5V/7V)
