2 Why doesn't my camera turn on?
The camera is not turning on despite the battery being fully charged.

You may have a bug in your software! In order to solve this problem please go to Olympus Software Support to download your latest drivers. If this does not solve your problems it may be a hardware or circuitry issue. If this is the case please send your camera into Olympus to get professional assistance.
