First check the fuses.If that's ok pull the door panel off and check the switch for power if the switch is ok then check your wiring from the panel out. If there's a break in the wiring its usually in the door hinge area where the wires pass from the body into the door. If all of this is fine and you have power all the way down to the power window motor yet you still have no Joy then you will probably need a new regulator motor. Hope this helps and good luck
