Why tablet screen doesn't respond to touch?
When my Zeki tablet boots to home screen the screen will not respond to touch. I have already tried charging and resetting.

The screen maybe bad. You may need to replace the screen.

Do the following steps:
1. Clean your using apps to free the RAM
2. Restart your device
If those wouldn't work, check your touch screen and see if it is broken or exposed to water. In anyway you need to replace your touch screen.

Have you changed the original firmware for the tablet if so, the drivers are not supported for your tablet. Best try to download and restore the official firmware on the tablet.
