1 phone won't switch on.
I switched my phone off to watch a film and now it won't switch on. It has not been dropped or anywhere near water.

You can try the follow steps：
1. Remove the memory card and switch on your phone. If your phone can switch on, then the reason may be conflicts between some software. Think of what software had you installed and try to remove it.
2. If your phone can turn on when plugging the charger, then you may actually have a bad battery and you need to replace it.
3. The last way is to restore the factory default settings. Remember to back up your data before restore the factory default settings
If the above steps cannot work, is likely to be a hardware problem. Then you need to take it to the repair shop.
