Power problems turning on
I turn it on and the blu start up display shows, goes off, and repeats. New phone, no water damge or damage at all for that matter....plz help!

Hi,
Here is a link which shows you how to hard reset your phone.
Before you do this fully charge the battery in your phone.
Warning : A hard reset restores your phone to factory default. All user downloaded apps and user data will be erased.
