How to remove malware

Hello!

I have a big problem

I downloaded a gme using torrent once and i deleted it shortly after ebcause it was not working

SInce that day every couple minutes i get annoying pop-ups on all browsers even when reinstalling them , i also get pop-ups on steam and mostly everything that connects to the internet.

I scanned with avast couple times and i searched different folders but nothing works.

Anybody got a solution?

Thanks beforehand!

Dot com has free version I use.
