Iphone is cracked and had colorful lines and went black. It was cracked before it was throw across the room and hit the floor. Tryed rebooting it because if the lines and still black. Can it be fix

If you are not confident in repairing it yourself you can always take it to a phone repair shop to replace the screen for you.
I'm guessing these iFixit 6s screens are original as they cost more than double the price of 'A' quality screens you can find on other websites such as eBay.

As your iphone 6s plus already show lines, and if it can't trun on, then the lcd flex cable already broken.
you need get a full new lcd assembly for your iphone 6s plus.
