D5300 suddenly focuses only on live view mode .
Also range finder doesnt work when i choose manual mode . I did reset to factory defaults , used auto mode , the lenses are hunting just one time and the the focus dot indicator blinks

The auto-focus sensor might need a replacement or cleaning.
