Hi,

Where are you trying to print/copy from, the printer's control panel or a computer? If a computer, what OS is installed in the computer and how are you connected to the printer?

Has it worked properly before or is this a new setup i.e. new/different computer or OS, different connection type to printer?

What have you tried?
