@diente possibly a clogged needle valve. Check this guide to see if you can clean it

I thought I had everything cleaned until I read this post. I realized that I had debris in the check valve that was causing sputtering and my cups not filling. Also I would get the 'DESCALE' lamp to illuminate after a few cups. Thanks for the post. You just saved our shop time and money.

I was hoping to see it function after this fix. Also waiting for the bottom to eject a DVD disk.
