Apple TV computers & settings screen only

Since Friday may 5th 2017 when I start Apple TV, the only screen that appears is the one for computers and settings. I've selected a wifi network, gave it a password, confirmed it, I even get a confirmation that I'm connected to the internet, but to no avail, I still get the same screen. I've tried to reboot (down and menu button), restart, reset. I have also disconnected and rebooted the router. Help! Thank you.
