hey there. It happened to my gfs pair a couple months ago, the wire running through the bad had a break in it.
you will need a 2line audio cord, urchasable at most audio shops.
disassembly on these devices are quite extensive and take time, as well as patience. i would suggest hiring a professional at a local electronics repair shop to do it, if you havent opened a pair before.
