VITA couldnt turn on
It charges but when I hold the power button, a green light blink and disappears and it doesnt turn on.

The battery may be failing to hold its' charge and may need to be replaced.

A replacement battery is available from ifixit.
Here is a link PlayStation Vita Battery It is not a recommendation to use them. It is shown to give an idea of the cost of the battery.
There are other suppliers online that may suit you better. Just search for PS Vita battery replacement

ah I thought so too on the start, but just today, it turned on but now the screen is now showing anything but if i touched it the sound of the peeling of the start screen could be heard.
