The play, erase, and record buttons are not working on my flip camcorder. i mad a mount for the flip on my bike and right when I took it off the buttons stopped working. It is nit froxen though. It turns on and plugs into my computer fine,but those specific buttons will not work when i press them. Help!

screw the mount back into it with the same amount of torque you put into it when it stopped working , this allowed me to use the buttons after having the exact same problem as you, sounds stupid but it worked for me. just screw it in all the way and keep pressing the record or zoom buttons while torquing on it incrementally, when the device reacts to your input you know you're in the right place
