I accidentally dropped my camera about 2 days ago, and ever since, it wont open all the way to take a picture. It says to power it off, then whe turned on, it makes cracking noises.

by the sound of this, it is possible that the lens is of track. Try some of the tricks from here Most likely you will have to repalces the lens since individual repair parts are most often not available.
