My model is actually the ideapad 320-15abr. My issue is it won’t power on unless I do the reset procedure by removing battery holding down power. I have to do this every time and only works some of the time. Last time I left it on and it was completely off two days later and will not power on. All diagnostic tests came back good.

HI:
Going out on a limb here but I think your power supply is hooped.
Or failing or faulty. This could include the plug at the end or even the power plug at the laptop may be broken or faulty inside. If you can borrow another supply or even take the units to a friendly computer shop for a quick check.
This trouble could go all the way to your motherboard.
Have worked on hundreds of laptops but this is a strange one.
