Check and make sure you have WiFi enabled. It’s easy to accidentally turn it off from the drop down tray.

Hi,
How are you trying to connect to the internet, WiFi or Mobile Phone network?
If WiFi can you connect to a WiFi network OK?
If by mobile phone network have you enabled "data roaming"
If trying connect to a home WiFi network have you tried resetting the WiFi router by turning it off waiting for a minute and then turning it on again, then connecting to the network again and then trying the internet?
What have you tried to do?
