Factory reset has no recovery text

I have a zeepad 7.0 that is locked by someone else. I have tried factory reset many times. I get the android on its back but will not do anything else…..not text no matter how many times I press the volume buttons in any order.

Hi @dcone ,

Just verifying that you're pressing both the Volume buttons at the same time to get into the Recovery menu area?
