My laptop doesn't boot
MY laptop doesn’t boot after i press the power button all it does is ramps up the van to 110% and the num led flashes continuously,what does it mean,and can i fix it?

Can you boot up to the BIOS screen? Usually F1, F2, or Del upon startup. If you can get into BIOS, it might show error or problem.
