How to open black screen
My j7 max fell down to the floor after it fell down the screen turned black I already encountered this 2 times in the same phone what should I do?

The OLED display which is under the glass has gone bad as a result of a drop. Unfortunately the screen on this phone is just as fragile as the one on the Samsung Galaxy S5 and S6.
I would just get another phone and avoid those models because of it as the display breaks completely too easily from drops. Also make sure to have a good cover that absorbs the drops.
