Can't access heating element
My Braun coffeemaker (I don’t have the model # or name) failed this morning. Water doesn’t seem to be heating so the heating element or system is suspect.
but I cannot see how to remove the black plastic bottom plate. I used my tamper proof screwdriver head kit to remove the one obvious screw from the bottom.
but, removing the top water tank assembly I can see the black plastic area, but cannot get it out.
has anyone tackled one like this?
