this is an outdoor led net set. no lights come on. the fuses are fine. i have tried plugging another string into this one, on either end—ie male and female, and both times that string lights up and this one still does not. answers?

Make sure none of the bulbs are missing and if so then make sure the thin wires within the bulb housing are not touching would be a good first step.

Are the lights new?

Usually when the 2 pins within the bulbs touch then it causes a short and none of the lights work but when you say plugging into wither ends works, you stumped me.
