I use sanitizer and one time it got on my speaker and it is hard to hear on a phone call without loud speaker

Use this website to clear your speaker filter Fix My Speakers - Eject water from your phone's speakers if you can't hear anything then you've to check the voltage input of your speaker

There's a chance that some moisture got trapped in your speakers.
If you have a silica pack (they usually come in just about any piece of tech you buy) put it close to the speaker for a while. You can also try this site that plays a sound and let it run for a few minutes: Water Out of Speaker - Fix My Speaker .
Edit: I just noticed that somebody else posted the same tip. Hope it worked either way.
