The screen will have to be replaced.
Here's a video that shows what is involved.
Replacement display assemblies are available online. Just search for Samsung Galaxy J5 (2015) LCD Display Touch Screen Digitizer to get results for suppliers that suit you best.
If doing this yourself seems too daunting, contact a reputable, professional mobile phone repair service and ask for a quote to repair the phone.
