I was trying to recover my deleted data when the laptop forcely stopped, i restarted it and i faced a screen shows: "non system disk or disk error". See the picture
I though that the problem is from hard disk itself so i changed it ;but i still facing this problem

When you replaced the hard drive, did you install Windows on it? Or another operating system? This error can also appear when the computer doesn't detect an operating system.
See if you can boot from another for a of media, USB stick or CD if your machine still has a disk drive. You can user Microsoft's guide to make a bootable USB or disc from another working computer.
