Here's a composite image from the Nissan Rogue 2013 service manual that shows how to remove the rear cup holders and the requisite tools.

That shows how to take it out but not how to put it back. Mine has come out on its own and I need to know how I can put it back, whether I can put it back and if I need to buy a new one. There really aren't very many videos out there for this.
Replacing it is the reverse of the procedure that is used to remove it.
