What's wrong with my phone?
My phone has been lagging, locking up and randomly restarting or just freezing. I have factory reseted my phone multiple times and it still will randomly lag out. A few times it randomly freezes, then shows a blue screen that says something about a custom os system press up to continue and down to restart. It's annoying because anytime I try to do anything it just freezes some times I have to hold the volume up+down+power to get it to turn off or back on. I can't afford to get a new phone... what can I do?

Was this phone dropped onto hard surfaces? Is memory full from too many apps? Are there too many apps running in the background that can slow down/overload the processor chip? Are there apps that are not legitimate? Are you aware of downloading spam, phishing, malware, etc, that can harm you with surreptious data being uploaded without your knowledge? Do you know if your phone was hacked by clicking on links that may have downloaded into your phone and corrupted data? If you cannot determine and fix this problem yourself, you'll probably need to visit a Samsung store for professional help.
