When I plug my iphone 4s to charge, when it reaches 5% it turns on automatically and when it turns on it doesn't charge even if I turn it off.I replace the charger and charger brick.Can somebody help me please?

Replace the battery and check if this resolves the problem.

ifixit has the battery available or search online for Apple 616-0580 to find suppliers that suit you best.

I had a similar issue with my old iPhone 4s a while back. What worked for me was cleaning out the charging port carefully with a toothpick or compressed air to remove any dust or debris. Sometimes that can block the connection. Also, make sure you're using a high-quality cable because cheap ones can cause problems.

I replaced the charging port.I think I got the wrong model tho because it's black and my iphone is white..Could that cause an issue?Also I'm using powertech charger I think it's good.
