I found the problem. The red cable between solenoid and starter was broken.

@johnnyb72524 are we talking about the Tiller or the Riding lawn mower Pony? No start, no click = check the battery? Checked the safety switches? What have you checked?

I replaced solenoid, key switch negative battery cable. The battery and starter are good. I haven't gotten to the switches yet. It will start jumping off starter.
