I have a Yamaha avantage 2010 model amplifier. This device does not turn on and it is fixed on stand-by.. only the stand-by light is on.. Please guide me on how to fix it.. Thank you

Did you mean a Yamaha Advantage RX-A2010?
If so here's the service manual that may help.
Check if the Starting Self-Diagnostic Function shown on p.30 still works and if it does what it shows.
Also check what is shown, if anything, for the P2- Protection history on p.68.
Other than that you may have to start checking if all the power supplies from the power board are OK. The power board schematics are on p.143
