@carlosjolivares sounds like you have a stuck blend door. when you say it takes a long time to heat up are you referring to the side that works as well as the other side that does not? If it does not heat up properly, then the issue can be with your heater core. As you can tell we will need more precise information about what your heater is doing. Also, let us know the exact year and model for your Kia.
