Motor will not shut off; have to turn off the breaker to stop.
My miter saw will not shut off; I have to turn off the breaker to stop it. No loose wires or broken springs. Any suggestions?

Some of these saws had a recall from Canadian tire. Wouldn’t hurt to ask your local store. They may have the parts or replace it under the recall.

Definitely check to see if the recall addresses this. Most likely the power switch will have to be replaced. I had a similar issue with my old Craftsman radial arm saw.
