PS3 won't turn on
Ps3 when I go to turn power on it turns green then beeps a couple times then turns off .???

Hi!
Usually caused by the CPU/GPU that is done for.
You could either try a reflow first, this could help you but is most of the time a temporary fix. You can find the guide here: Ремонт «желтого огня смерти» (This is for the PS3 Phat, but just to give you an idea).
Reballing is the fix you want, but this is really difficult. You also need a lot of experience and the right tools to get it done.
Replacing the motherboard is the most easy fix, but also the most expensive one.
